Frequently asked questions

If you have any questions about this whistleblower channel, you will find the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) here.

Can this channel be used in an emergency?

No, this channel is not intended to handle emergencies. Contact the authorities or emergency services in this case.

I have lost my password to check the status of a communication/complaint. What can I do?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, only the person making the communication/report knows his/her access code and password. If either of these is lost, it will not be possible to follow up the communication. This does not mean in any case that the communication/report does not follow its course, but simply that it will not be possible to see how it is progressing, nor to provide more information if required.

Is anonymity guaranteed when reporting a complaint?

In the communication/complaint process you can decide whether you want to report your personal data or not. If you decide not to do so, you will have to create your own monitoring through this reporting channel to see the status of the processing and its resolution. This reporting channel will provide you with a user and a personal password. This complaints channel is independent of the Fundació Teatre Lliure - Teatre Públic de Barcelona and does not record information on the IP address from which you connect.
